Do you only work with businesses, or individuals too?

We work with entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, creatives, and businesses of all sizes. If you have a vision, we’ll help bring it to life.

Website Design

What platform do you use for website design?

We primarily use WordPress, including eCommerce, landing pages, and service-based sites. Prefer a different platform? Let us know!

✍️ Do you offer content writing or do I need to provide my own text?

We’re happy to help with content structuring and light copy editing. Full copywriting can also be added if needed.

How long does a typical website project take?

Basic site: 2–3 weeks
eCommerce or custom builds: 4–6 weeks
We’ll give you a timeline up front and communicate throughout the project.

🛠️ Will I be able to edit my website after it’s live?
Yes! We’ll provide basic training so you can confidently update your site. Ongoing support plans are also available.

Can I request revisions?

Absolutely. All packages include at least one round of revisions. We want you to be fully satisfied. Extra revisions can be arranged at a fair rate.

Do you offer ongoing design support or retainers?

Yes! We offer monthly or quarterly retainer plans for clients who need continuous creative support — like social media graphics or updates.

Payments & Process

What are your payment terms?

Typically:

50% upfront to start the project
50% upon completion
For large projects, milestone payments can be arranged.
